We just came back from a fun family stay, where the kids loved the pool and we enjoyed a cozy evening at the bar catching the Euro football matches on a big screen! The hotel offers relaxing opportunities like a lovely garden to unwind and a game room for the kids to play. One minor downside was the sliding bathroom door that can be a bit noisy, but overall, we had a great time! 😊

Had an awesome time with friends visiting Movie Park Germany and the Alpincenter Bottrop. The place had a great atmosphere, and the food was really good. Don’t miss the breakfast. it had a nice variety!

Our room was in the eaves, and the flies were quite bothersome. Reception wasn’t very helpful in switching rooms.

The breakfast had a great variety of foods including freshly baked pastries and organic juices. My Standard Double Room was spacious, with a flat-screen TV and a comfy seating area. It had a private bathroom with high-quality toiletries. The staff were pro and ready to help. Really nice!

I had a very pleasant stay at Van Der Valk. The hotel is surrounded by nature, providing a calm and inviting atmosphere. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, featuring a spacious bathroom. The staff were attentive and efficient, particularly in assisting with my work-related needs. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delightful variety, including freshly baked pastries and high-quality coffee.

Had a great time at the Van Der Valk! The breakfast spread was fantastic, a perfect fuel for our adventures. Also, the comfy rooms had this nostalgic vibe that had us feeling right at home. Plus, the convenient proximity to local attractions made our stay super enjoyable.

However, our stay had its quirks. Two of us got balconies while one friend didn’t, which felt a bit uneven. The restaurant service was slow, and while breakfast was good, at 19 euros, it felt a bit steep for what was offered.

Clean room, comfortable bedding, with the highlight being the gorgeous marble bathroom featuring a full tub and separate shower. A delightful breakfast spread that included both hot and cold foods and a variety of drinks.
